John Pace

A Richmond resident for over 15 years and a University of Richmond graduate, John found his passion for real estate by buying investment properties in the Fan. After working within Mortgage Technology for 7+ years he began his career as a Realtor. John understands the importance of technology in helping his clients find the right home as well as being able to sell their home for the highest price in the shortest amount of time.

A former swimmer and college and age-group swim coach, John remains active in the swimming and triathlon communities and continues to coach swimmers and triathletes at the YMCA. He is married to Linda and currently lives near the Pony Pasture in Stratford Hills where he and his wife enjoy taking their 2 dogs for walks along the James River.
